Jiangsu Jinji Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. is located at the foot of Buddhist Shrine - Baohua Mountain, which is in the beautiful eastern suburb of Nanjing. Founded in 2008, our company has the registered capital of five million Yuan and total assets of thirty million Yuan, staffing more than eighty employees.

Our company specializes in the production and operation of induction heating oil quenching-tempering spring steel wires, cold heading steel wires, bearing steel wires, shaped wires, long rod straightening & annealing articles and steel products for construction.

In 2008, our company introduced advanced reinforced straightening and cutting machines and CNC bending machine hoops which are used in construction. Our company has successfully developed 5-40 millimeter length bending hoop reinforced adjustment automated production lines. The annual production capacity is 12,000 tons. In 2010, our research department developed a new and upgraded version of induction heating oil quenching and tempering line, cooperating with Zhejiang University and Sanyi Company.

With advanced production lines and technology, the mechanical properties of our products reach or exceed national level. Our company has formed a monthly output of 350 tons of 5-18 millimeter oil quenched and tempered spring steel wires and 450 tons of 4-16 millimeter cold-drawn steel. The main materials are SAE9254, 55CrSi, 38Si7, 60Si2CrVAT, 65Mn, 72B, 82B and others.
